Poros Maritim Tower - Surabaya The first name is Pelindo Place now the Poros Maritime Tower. Belongs to PT. Pelindo Surabaya. This building was built with the concept of eco green and smart building with 23-storey office tower. The structure will be covered with double glazing to reduce heat from outside, but still get enough natural light, thus saving energy.
